Is The American Dream Dead? Is it just a mirage? In today’s time, can we still have that beautiful home with the white picket fence? 
Fancy automobile? 
Good education for you and family? 
Raise a healthy family? 
and plus, a big fat pension that you/family can live on during your retirement. 
Are you still with me? I don’t want to bore you at all. Hang in there with me for a little while, please. Thank you.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane for a bit so you can understand why things are the way they are at this present moment.
Industrial Revolution
Here in America (the great U.S.A.), came up tremendously, by the ideas of several hard working men.
They truly helped, put this nation on the map fast.
Guys like:
- Cornelius Vanderbilt- who made massive wealth in railroads and shipping
- John D. Rockefeller- who created his wealth in the oil business
- Andrew Carnegie- who was financially wealthy in the steel industry.
- J.P. Morgan- who also was among the wealthy provided financial services.
- Henry Ford- who became wealthy through the automobile session.
I’m going to stop with this list of men. These men help to build this country.
They were highly competitive against each other and they were tyrants.
They went the distance to get the job done by any means necessary.
Now, America was growing in power. These guys (Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller), who didn’t care much about one another, were masterminding a project to help society.
That was to go on and reform the educational system. Let’s talk about this.

The Educational System
As children, I/we were taught to go to school, get good grades so, we could land a nice paying job to take care of ourselves and family, correct?
The system main objective was built on the idea of producing workers.
Yes, we needed the general practices of reading, writing and math in order to function in the world, but, nothing more.
We went through:
- Grade school
- High school
- College
- Maybe a University.
While the industrial revolution was still in the boom phase, we were told, with good grades from school, we can surpass the grunt work and go into the supervisor position.
Although, there were plenty of factory jobs, most people was happy that they could buy a home, car, save and invest their money etc..
There was a good feeling of prosperity and abundance among families. People from all walks of life, were much happier. People were bonded as a community. Is the American dream dead here? No. Not at all.
People then, saw the American dream come alive.

As time move forward, that era died out. About 200 years worth.
The Present Time
Life goes in different cycles and we must acknowledge this and adapt to change.
The reason why people suffer more today than they did in the industrial revolution era is because they are using “out dated strategies.”
Did you know that, the educational system (in this country), is behind about 100 years?
If your cell phone software get updates. So does your other devices you use to progress in life, what makes the educational system so different?
That’s more important than the rest. Do you agree? Ok course you do.
I don’t care how much you know, if your brain has not install the right message to bring you forward in life, no matter how hard you work, you will still produce weak results.
Upgrade Your Software
The men who helped build America, were poor. It was two things that put fire under their butts to make it happen for a life they deserve.
That was an idea and a desire. 
Those men from old, never look back. They kept learning new ways to increase their knowledge, power and massive financial bliss. Is the American dream dead for them? No way!
They made the American dream come true for them.
Here’s how the American dream can come alive for you starting right now!
- Think and Dream big. Life is truly abundant. Stop thinking so little of yourself. Love yourself enough to take the leap of faith. If you reach for the stars, but, land on the moon, at least, you’re off the ground.
You must know you can do it! - Upgrade Your Mental Software. Today, we are living in the digital era. We can’t use the old outdated “labor mentality” to get ahead in this life. Learn from the guys in the past. Increase your faith and have a hunger to win. Click here
- You Are Blessed. America Is Rich. You are blessed to be in this country. So, you are born to be rich and it’s your natural birthright. Stop denying yourself of what’s rightfully yours.
- Always Re-evaluate Your Time. It’s precious. Treat it like a new born baby. Become familiar with your family member. Time is always with but you must treat it with high respect. The more you love your time it will love you back.
- Get Off The Sidelines. The best time to live that American Dream is to get in the game because that’s where the action takes place. It’s all about putting in the work now!
- Stop Struggling. You notice at your job, the harder you work, the more work they put on you. Have you also notice that your paygrade will never match up to the work you deliver to that company. The honest truth: most the the company’s here in America, are slave drivers. The CEO MAKES 100X’S MORE THAN YOU! You do all the work and get paid small change. Think about that for a minute.
Conclusion
Is the American dream dead? It’s truly where one’s belief lies.
If you are chained and bound by an outdated system that worked over 200 years ago ( when our parents were kids), and you’re still using it today, then, yes, the American dream is far from you.
But, if you are living in the now, and the only way out of bondage is working time in your favor and not trading your precious time for money 
you’re on the right path.
The American dream is this in a nutshell. Having the ability to control your time so you can become the master of your own destiny. That’s what they don’t teach you in school.
Remember this last message of this blogpost: You were born to be rich beyond your wildest dreams. It’s all in you!
