- Go out in nature. You’ll be so surprised when you sit alone by the lake, in the park or high in the hills (always keep safety in mind, please). It’s interesting how great ideas starts to simmer up just by enjoying your free time.
- Take a swim. Swimming is a fabulous way of getting reconnected with one self and a great way to stay in shape. If you don’t know how to swim, find a personal trainer or just enjoy being in the pool. Relax and allow your thoughts to flow without resistance.
- Practice breathing exercises. Most of our stresses we face during the day can be eliminated by practicing and focusing on our breathing. When breathing properly, you slow down the heart rate and it also relax you more. With this exercise, it increases the oxygen intake and releasing toxic chemicals you don’t need.
Keep Building On Your Strengths
In your small business, it’s always a good idea to hone in on your best traits.
If your talents are best given for customer service, work on raising the bar listening more, improve eye contact, body language, etc..
Or your priority is marketing. Communicate more with new prospects, increase your skills and master email marketing, ask your customers for more feedback and referrals.
What about being the “go-to-guy?” Customers seem to value your input? Focus more to how to be the magnet of attraction.
Dress well, read and study more. Always thank your customers for shopping with you and always greet them with joy in mind

Your feedback is striving to tell you that:
- Something is missing

- Pay close attention
These feedbacks (learning experiences) are here to help and guide you.
