When tuning into your favorite program, whether through television or the radio, you must be on the correct frequency.
If not, you will receive a static/interference sound through the air waves. 
That doesn’t sound too good at all.
So, you continue to search to get the best reception that pleases you.
This is the same principle when communicating with your customers. You have to send out the right signal (message), to find a “happy medium” for you both.
You must work on this and become a great channel for communication to have less misunderstandings.
Eye Contact
It is said, “keep your eyes on the prize.”
When communicating with your customer, eye contact is so definitely important now.

Eyes give away different vibrations and signals that can help you read into the situation and to aid them better.
It also helps the customer to feel appreciative that your focus is on their concerns

Find a quiet place, sitting in a comfortable chair. You want to concentrate on your breathing.
Do this routine for about 20 minutes at least. if all you have is five minutes at the time, that’s good enough.
Get in the happen of doing this everyday before the start of your day or when you feel the stress coming on.

Stay In Shape
This is truly vital to communicate effectively with your customers and that is:
You have to stay in shape.
Exercise regularly. Stretching to warm up the body for the day. Walking plays a powerful role by increasing the “oxygen flow “to the cells.
This will improve your:

- Stamina
- Fighting Fatigue
- Memory
- Focus
With this kind of energy, you will be a benefit to your customers, staff members and family also. Some one (like you), they can trust in time of need. 
Also, drink water when the body calls for it. Water brings life to the body. Not only does it fortify the trillions of cells we are made up from, but, it moves the toxins through.

Get Your Sleep
Yes, small business owners. We need to get the sleep necessary to function to the best of our ability to move through another day. 
Remove the message from your mind: I’ll get enough sleep when I’m dead.
You will be laid to rest permanently without question if you continue to step out the natural order of things.
Healthy sleep protects you so you can be aware of surroundings and how to move and through obstacles and utilize your time wisely.
You will have the winning edge over those who are not prepared at the time that is at hand.
Use A Mentor
Asking for help to advance in this society is one of the courageous acts that you can do for your self worth.
This is golden here.
Adding this device to your small business arsenal will bring major gains to your business, customer and family life.
What a huge step towards progress. Your mentor could be a close friend whose good at paying attention to details.
One who loves interacting with people, knows the right things to say at the right moment.
Or ask for a referral from someone whose reputable and importantly, that person you can connect with.
Have patience on your search. Your looking for the golden nugget that will add fuel to your communication skills.
Eliminate Perfection
What I mean when I say, “eliminate perfection,” you are not going to get it right at every step you take.

Being consistent everyday was mandatory in evolving into the masters that they became in their fields of endeavor.
