This is the first stage you must accomplish. Whether it’s big or small, write it down.
But, only, one goal at a time. Not the whole list. This will eliminate mind fog, confusion and everything else that comes with distraction.
If you desire a house, then the house it is. A career? Then, a career it is. You get the point. List one of the dream ideas and let that be.

The question you need to ask is “why?”
Why this one? You need to really be truthful about this because it’s going to determine how well you’re going to pursue and take action towards your goal.
There has to be a strong enough why, for it to motivate you during the course of this journey.

Use Bookmarks
Now, that you found out, what is your “strong why”(intentions), you can get moving on your goal.
The best way to hit what you’re aiming for is by using bookmarks. This way, it can help you reach your destination with confidence. 
Bookmarks are great stairsteps or building block to aid in accomplishing your main desire.
Maybe your goal is to buy your first home. To get the ball rolling, you would do something simple and easy like, look in a newspaper and see what house is for sale. 
Or, call a realtor to make an appointment to visit a home. You get, right?
Taking baby steps in the right direction will build your confidence and give you the energy to keep going. Most people overlook this step and lose the ambition and fail miserably.
Don’t make this mistake.
Mental Toughness
This course of action is truly necessary to maximize your end goal. Each day is an adventure because you will not always feel chipper 
Be aware of your feelings. Keep your focus in front of you. Staying positive is the key to your success. Learn more

- No accountability. This is a way we fall victim. We go at it alone. We can always use someone to help us to remain faithful on our path.
- Deadlines. Without deadlines, you tend to postpone the activity that is necessary to make your goal a reality. Using deadlines will give you that since-of-urgency.
- Fear of failing. This is the biggest case of them all. Most become so hesitant in moving forward because the fear of failing.
This illusion is nothing but “false evidence appearing real.”
